Thanks will have to check this, do you think my Cruise Control also somewhat is related to this or not? Cause I noticed it went out and then cruise control did not work after that
2003 Silverado WT. Replaced 3rd brake light w/ LEDs bought from Amazon. It's supposed to be plug-n-play. But the cargo lights don't work at all (brake light works just fine). I checked and, I don't have what you're referring to. Checked fuses, double checked the plugs, pushed everything in making sure all was snug... I'm lost. Prob thinking a bad light?!?!
@@armandol1826 - I'm just living life without the cargo light! lol. Bough three different types of lights, no cargo light works. Assuming it is the wiring. Will need to address that at some point. Brake lights work just fine, though.

My cargo lights don't work icon stays on cluster and side dome lights don't either I've been trying to diagnose this problem but can't seem to its on a 05 silverado crewcab 1500
I have the same problem on my 03 Sierra, when it started two years ago the dash light would randomly turn on and off but now it’s always on the dash and the cargo light won’t come on at all. My rear interior light also works although the front ones are unplugged as one broke and stayed on all the time. I also have not figured out the problem.
Most of the time the issue is within the third brake light itself, majority of the 'newer' ones are circuit boards. Sadly you may need to replace the entire assembly. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
Dude you just saved me hours I was pulling down the headliner tracing wires
Thank you!!! I was about to tear this batch apart

What wire or setup is it called because I have my wiring cut down the one that goes to the fuse box
I have the same issue but on a 99 k2500. Would this be a similar process?
How would you fix this on a 2001 Ford F-250
The cable comes off loose from the box, I'm wondering if you know what the name of that box is called the one it's plugged into
Has some told you yet?
