You were getting an overall current of ~2.5A when each of those should be 1A x 4 = 4A...was that beefy power supply not quite up to it? or the cable? A great way of putting together a small charging station for cheap!

You cannot connect a fully discharged battery with a fully charged one! And that's why I use 4 modules with 1 charger, each module is responsible for its own battery and their charging current is limited to 1A.

Great job, but your links leave out the foundation of the project, the holder. If it is from a CAD system and 3D printed, can you also provide the files ? A lot of us do not have CAD software or a 3D printer, we do those who could print the holder for us. Lat thing, could lower the background music volume some, it gets distracting.
sorry but very little practical use. it will take forever (4x) with a regular 2amp charger to charge. 18650 are not ment to be fast charged For it to work you need to use 4x charger (amps) and a bus bar to have a steady current. Dealing with the same issues with my solar set up in my off grid caravan. Ended up using a 4usb splitter with 8 amps and 4 cables. For me it was problem solved. Ty

Why 4 modules?
So that they charge faster and the batteries are independent of each other. Each module is limited to 1A and with 1 module it would charge much slower
