I don't think anything will replace Santa Maria for me, especially after I found the expansion. So ill just have to add this one to my Apprta collection.
The artwork on the main board are beautiful, but these colored boxes are ugly and make the whole board opaque. I'm sorry that this decision was made and not more solid white and grey, just outline boxes were put on. Unfortunately we have another Santa Maria. :(
I like the artwork, but I also know that artwork is a very personal thing. I like most artwork in games, so I guess I would have been happy with mostly anything 😂 Hope you’ll enjoy the game anyways!

I have santa maria (love it!) and its expansion (never played, on my shelf of shame... 😔 )
We do as well! For us, we will probably cull it and keep this, but it’s not like you have to throw Santa Maria in the trash and run out to get this!
