Seems like the houses in this community have more space in between. I'd make the downstairs a casita or next-gen suite with access to the outside without going through the front door. The 2nd flr living on the side of the stairs, I'd put a door so it can be closed off for family use if there are guests. The balcony, I'd add stairs to the backyard. Add a balcony in the master's bedroom. Glad you mentioned that with the right lot, RV parking can be added.

I am beginning to like this large, no extra large Madison plan with roof top desk, more of a wearing down process, I must admit. I recall one of their developments after the crash along St. Rose, you could buy this plan sans rooftop deck for about 300K, including elevator. (I wonder how the elevators are holding up) The amount of storage means that any horder could hide any clutter out of site. The only issue is cleaning this beast. I'd need at least five roombas. Great vid, hard to shoot place. This place is a monster. Could get it built in Parhump, Casino on lower floor, restaurant and bar on middle, and "hotel" on top, complete with sun deck. Tee hee hee :-)

Since the sun is 'always' going to be on that side of the house, how often will that thing need fixing? I luv the microwave built into the wall and after the door downstairs unraveling that cook stove is (so far) the only saving grace of this house.

I was really surprised by this home and it reminds me of my fathers house as a child. The only concern I have is the atmosphere and flow of the home, as the layout is a bit hectic with the stairs and 3 floors. Plus it seems to be next to a somewhat busy street. I was wondering how high the ceilings were, but this seems like a nice bachelor pad.
One thing that I noticed, there are no televisions in the bedrooms. We sleep with the television on... Is there an option for flatscreen in wall in bedrooms?
