It was raining the first day I got my JMKs (i'd already been freeskating for a few months), but i was SO excited that I took them out anyways. I slipped and fell 😂
For cracks, lean back, and also, quickly moving the leading foot and following with back foot helps. Jack showed that a few times for train track gaps, but it definitely kills the momentum if there are many of them and you don't have time to pump.
As being a skateboarder as well, I can say free skates are 100% safer, and you can’t credit card yourself too, or have your board stick to your feet so you fall head first into big ass rocks
Funny I get this recommended, I'm literally holding my phone in a bruised wrist that I got from falling today 😂. Won't let that happen again, this is gonna cake all my progress for a week
Even if you are seasoned in any kind d of skating this is a totally different world of balance. Wrist and a palm guards until you are comfortable. I tore my hands up badly blood everywhere !!! really should have all the pads to be honest.
Would love to see a video using longboard wheels and the pros and cons in doing so. If you could also include using shark wheels on free skates that would be crazy cool!!!
Hey! Just wanted to let you know i can't find the discord invite. The one on your site is expired (i think you have to actively choose to make the invite never expire). I'd love to join the community! Thanks in advance
Some general video advice, I am very distracted by the backround music when Jeff is talking. Good video, and good for a beginner like me to see what I should(n't) do.
I was at the skatepark a couple weeks ago dropping into a bowl and hit the side of my foot on the bowl. Fell 6 feet into the bowl slamming my hand breaking it.
When i loose my back freestake, i instinctly do a little powerslide with the front one as i rotate to see the back one. (Normally, I can't do powerslide so it's quite interesting quirk)
I started Training 5 days ago I can drive more or less safe but as soon as I try to pump I get unsafe and me knees block. Do you have a tip to get more konfi?
Hi! Has anyone sprained their hip (can't find the correct term) catching themselves? I am a day 13 beginner and tripped like at 1:18 on the video. Today it's so sore from the right side of my belly button all the way around to the back of the pelvis. Has anyone else experienced this?
We haven't heard of anything like that. Our suggestion is to always step off prior to getting into any position you're not comfortable. "Live to try again" 😅😂
What wheels can i get for freeline skateni leave in the Philippines and it's kind of hard to find a spare of wheels because Everytime I'm i search wheels for free line in shoppe it only shows me long board and skateboard wheel can i use that for my freeline skates?

Preach! Plus, achieving a credit card on freeskates would be a feat hahahaha
What’s a “credit card”?

Oh no! Hope this helps!
Surprisingly I was able to ride when it was raining. On wet smooth sidewalks in Paris.
It's possible for advanced riders for sure

Yes! Always recommend pads!

Our wheels are very similar to longboard wheels, just customized for our riding style. That would be a fun vid trying out other style wheels
Thumbnail is on point

Thank you! 😃
This is a very good sharing and I like it a lot. It's unfortunately why I didn't watch this before I slipped and scratched my knee... 😢
Sorry to hear that - hope you're alright. 🙏

Don't get too far ahead of yourself. Learn at your pace and only move on to the next step once you feel comfortable
Do you have any tips for achieving high speeds? (20+ mph?)
Really focus on your technique.
Depends?
Is your Discord still active? I just discovered you guys, but the link doesn't seem to be working.
It may just be the link on this video. A link on one of your other ones just worked for me.
Just out of curiosity what is the fastest way to get on the freeskates?
Use a fence or wall or railings ➿➿😎
Double stomp
