Just putting the truth out there even though these episodes are older, feeding animals esp cats and dogs processed food such as happy meals, meat with seasoning on it will tear the gut up for cats and dogs!! It makes them sick and their life span will be shorter, way shorter!!!
Maybe having 6 layers in the housing process isn't the best approach. Every layer adds additional cost, complexity, and removes accountability. Everyone is pointing fingers at everyone else, meanwhile, government departments have to be set up to resolve the disputes and maintain order over the whole thing. How about we just let people buy or rent. If you have too many rental properties to manage, sell some. The idea of a "letting agent" is ridiculous. Be responsible for your own rentals, or don't own them.
