How could the mother leave her small children home alone. I understand that these people get evicted. They have no respect for the flats they live in. It is not fair for the landlords having to sort out hoards.

Every time he rents, John Bartram rents to drug addicts that don’t pay their rent and destroys their rental unit. I don’t think I would rely on him to do it. It ends up costing the landlord.
I feel like if you destroy a rental unit you should be kicked out and banned from ever getting assistance. There’s no reason for rentals to be destroyed. It’s one thing to be low income and need assistance (I am also on assistance due to disability). It’s another to destroy property and be a complete slob. It’s so sad to see new housing units be destroyed by people who don’t even appreciate them, while others wait years just to have that opportunity.

unfortunately.. Buying a house these days is getting harder and harder with the mass inflation on property prices.
It was hard to purchase a home years ago,but in the past 10 years it has become even more difficult.
