This looks ok for freediving but it may be a boat dive I suggest you try the Atlantic side during or after south easters ( or any still days ) at Cosy bay / sandy cove, you will see a few big and smaller rocks 300 meters out covered in seals! After south easter this is amazing and it always is with seals and perfect for freediving... These rocks are known as geldkis and strawberry rocks
