Adrenalised Diving is your One Stop PADI 5 Star Scuba Dive Centre based in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa.
We are a Aqualung Partner centre offering the full range of Aqualung and Apeks scuba diving equipment as well as Suunto Dive Computers.
We offer a wide range of PADI Scuba Diving Courses ranging from Try Dives, PADI Beginner Scuba Diving Courses to PADI Divemaster courses in house with a maximum of a 4 students per instructor ratio.
At Adrenalised Diving we pride ourselves with providing customers with a unique and professional diving experience. We offer dive boat trips and charters on either a rib boat (single dives) or on a 40 foot motorised catamaran (two dives) from our base in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town for the summer months. We also offer boat dives (on a rib boat) and shore dives on the False Bay coast in and around Simons Town.

Awesome time out this morning with Pro SurferTanika Hoffman, Kai Linder and Ross Rowley form Appventure, Rob Peters from Cape Tourism as well as the Waterfront Charters Crew. We spotted the biggest Mola Mola we have seen this season, had an incredible experience swimming with Dusky Dolphins and a great interaction with the Cape Fur Seals. More photo's to follow.

How deep is it there? Good for freediving?
This looks ok for freediving but it may be a boat dive I suggest you try the Atlantic side during or after south easters ( or any still days ) at Cosy bay / sandy cove, you will see a few big and smaller rocks 300 meters out covered in seals! After south easter this is amazing and it always is with seals and perfect for freediving... These rocks are known as geldkis and strawberry rocks
