So, Ruby laid two mire eggs yesterday, for a total of 23 !! She’s also finishing her shed that she started before tve egg laying!! 😃👍🏻. She’s quite a trooper! Have a great week!!

They say helping them shed is painful to them
Yes, it can be IF you don’t know what you’re doing, or IF the shed isn’t ready to come off. On the other hand, if you don’t help them eliminate shed that is past ready to go, and it becomes “stuck shed”, they can really injure themselves trying to get it off, and on the feet it can cut off the circulation and cause them to lose toes. “When in doubt, leave it alone” is the best policy, but if your dragon is struggling, ask a reptile veterinarian to show you the proper way to help, and then assist when needed! Finnian is notorious for incomplete shed cycles, and often needs help. It’s equivalent to is having a peeling sunburn. If you remove the skin too early, it can be painful to removw, but when it’s sried out and itchy, nothing is better than getting it off your body!! Yeah, thanks! I’m old school when it comes to technology, so didn’t know how to edit him out! 😄. My son has special needs, and sometimes comes in to play with the dog, not realizing I’m taking a video! Sorry for the distraction!

Actually, not so creepy. That’s my son, who has special needs, coming in to pet our chihuahua! He sometimes doesn’t realize I’m filming! 😆. What did YOU think was happening? 🤔
@@finnianslair my bad then. i couldn't tell on my phone i just seen someone rubbing their face/head on something in the background its hard to make out it was just distracting. i have a.d.d and often focus on movements not in focus
i will be getting a dragon soon i guess its been neglected and my friends sister got it from them but they can't really take care of it long term. i have taken care of tegus and snakes before but not a dragon so im watching everything and anything i can on them to make sure she gets the best care she can receive
