- Boneless skinless chicken thighs

This is the easiest process i have seen so far. I really like it. But um.. i thought the sausage was a little bit burnt, maybe frying with more oil would make it appear nicer. But overall, you did a wonderful job. I am definitely not spending money buying sharwama next time. Thanks to you.

hello I really learnt a lot from your video.. I live in Russia but the shawarma here is different from the ones I eat in Nigeria so I've been looking for ways to do mine by myself. but I have a little problem.. right now I don't have a grill heater Nd you stated that one can use a frying pan to heat but how do I do that?? Thank you.
Hello. You can spray your frying pan with very little cooking spray, put your shawarma, flip it after a few minutes. Make sure you don't use high heat if not it will burn easily. Use low-medium heat. You can also put it briefly in the oven at a low temperature and also flip it after a while. I hope this helps :)

I forgot to add: you can use a frying pan instead of a grill to heat up/make your shawarma brown. Just make sure you spray it with a little bit of cooking spray first :)
