Brother I have one concern, I came to USA on F1 visa legally, but after few months I couldn't able to pay the tution fee, and not able to attend college, So the university is terminated my Sevis record, and now I am staying illegally in USA, and after staying in USA for 3-4 years illegally, is USA immigration allows me to go back to home country? Or do they put me in a jail?

why you want to come back , just stay there !
Apply for aslyum that way you would be legal for some years, you would gwt work permit quickly, after earning a lot of money, go back to country
