How did he become illegal or undocumented if he went to America based on marriage? If his wife left him that does not change your legal status unless marriage fraud has been proved in court. He should have had a conditional green card if his marriage was less than 2 years old at the time of entering the US. He should have been able to remove his conditions on green card based on a divorce waiver with proof that the marriage was entered into in good faith. This story has a problem.
It is hard to find a Pakistani girl for a established Pakistani individual here in N. America. Let alone finding a girl for a person who is illegal and has no proper income

I personally working with Gas Stations from last 3 years and I had a excellent experience in my life. Even though you can earn excellent money through gas station work. Even though native people not getting paid that much.
He is right bro. Coz if you are legal then you will get paid Atleast minimum wage but if you’re illegal then you are just making $6 per hour. You might be living there legally thats why you’re having a good experience
@@alihaiderkahloon I have many friends who working with me right now with no status at all. And they are doing really good here. Even they don’t have fear for anything.they leaving happily. Even though I don’t know how they manage but some of them have their own car too and they go for small trips sometimes. Trust me I was a illegal too but things take time. Probably this poor guy didn’t get good atmosphere. I feel bad about him.

Green card is valid for 2 years initially if you come to US on marriage
