The Tomioka one, I'm disappointed in Billy for not getting that, those voice lines are iconic, I immediately knew it was tomioka and I have only watched the first few episodes cuz I have lots of other animes I need to watch.

its easy because I'm japanese and I understand it
The shinobu and Jabami one is actually hard cause both the characters have the same voice actor so you gotta know that dialogue TBH but as a big fan of Kakegurui it wasn't that hard
It was the laugh that did it for me
I knew when she laughed i knew it was either shinobu or yumeko
That Shinobu and Yumeko one was hard because they have the same English and Japanese va 😭

I was surprised that he didn’t notice it was yumeko though it’s a little understandable since she has the same voice actor in Japanese as shinobu but what she was saying and her tone where completly different.
There is no way Billy heard yumeko moaning/laughing her heart out like the unhinged character she is and then chose shinobu, the character with the sweetest most polite tone 😭

Okay, I’ve got something to comment: so I’m not that big of an amine fan, I mean I’ve watched a few but nowhere near enough to call myself a true connoisseur, if you know what I mean. However, despite not knowing maybe 90 or even 95 % of the characters I guessed almost all of them right. Imo, this just shows how damn good these voice actors are at their job! I’m truly amazed! I mean, I could match voices with the characters just based on their design and the vibe the drawing style gave off 👏
