Also, please never be ashamed of having a panic attack. It’s not like you wanted it to happen to you, you can’t help it. Also, if it happens again, breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for six, and breathe out for 7. This steadies your heart rate and helps you calm down almost instantly it’s crazy

the first time i watched cabin in the woods i was home alone on my bed. i got close to the end where everything starts shaking, and suddenly i felt my bed start to shake. i paused the movie, started to freak the fuck out because the light hanging from my ceiling was swaying as well, and promptly turned off my laptop and sat awake all night refusing to leave my bed. the next morning i found out we had had an earthquake. considering myself a skeptic when it comes to paranormal activity, i was so ashamed.
So I was subscribed to PJ for a year just because he was "part of the company" (I'm more of a JSE - Markiplier kinda gal). But then I discovered the weirdness of his videos and also space themes. I'm in love with this channel now.
