It's good for you to share what you are doing because we are inspired and motivated by your work ethic.
Thanks mom..appreciate your support 🙏🙏🙏😍
Thanks for the update Nathan 😁
Once a week update is very generous, once every couple weeks or once a month isn't a problem to me considering the other content you put out, but its great to follow along. I think it's good you keep some of your training to yourself, Strava, etc. you don't need too many critics or even thumbs up, just want to quietly train up to it. There's so few pros or semi pros like you prepared to come back to racing 10 years on, it's a great story whatever you do in Valencia, just so great the hungers still there 😃
Appreciate you RTP 👊💪🙏👊
Good luck in Valencia. You got sub 3 in the bag with that level of intentionality.
Many thanks SCR 💪💪💪💪💪✊🙏
This is great Nathan - really appreciate how genuine your videos and insight has been regarding your journey! Keep crushing it! 👊🏼
I appreciate that! 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I love this, thank you for sharing your process and journey. We’re all rooting for you coach! 💪
Thanks so much!! 💪💪💪👊
Go for it Nathan! You got this!! 🔥 😉
Appreciate you man 👊✊🙏
Brilliant. 💪💪💪 Thanks so much for sharing your experiences and insights, past and present!
My pleasure! 👊👊🙏🙏
Awesome brother!! So happy to follow your journey.
I appreciate it! Thanks Dean 💪💪💪
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching! 💪🙏
Thx for sharing!
You bet! 💪💪👊🙏
Sounds to me like you are already in sub 3 shape from the speed secession...
Thanks Ian...wouldn't be easy to break 3 right now but if it was, say, 45 degrees, flat course with some competition, I could maybe barely make it across line right now with a 2.59 high but it most certainly would NOT be easy haha Keep up the great work on your end and wishing you continued success in your future races.
You ll do great. Very interesting to follow your journey. I m 52 (almost) and will start training with my coach next week for Valencia.. My PB from last year is 2.33 in Berlin and my goal is to come as close as i can or just under 2.30. Last year i fell just before the start and broke my knee cap. (Still ran 2.40 but maube that was not wise) Anyway i will go 4 weeks to Kenya and hope to get some high milage in again (did 5 to 6 weeks about 100 miles mostly) Good luck and have fun!
Best of luck to you as well and VERY well done having run 2.33 at 51 in Berlin. You inspire me with performances like that. Few runners of any age can run a time like that. You definitely have a sub 2.30 in you for sure. Congrats on running 2.40 even with a broken knee cap. Wow! Keep up the superior work and appreciate your support.
Thank you for the nice comment. Your video's are an inspiration to me , and we learn. 👍🏃♂️🖐💪
🙏💪👊🙏🙏
Real question is are you going to shave or keep the beard for Valencia?
Also excited for the vlog!
"Beard" (if you want to call it that lol) definitely stays...boss lady at home says she had enough of me clean shaven for too many years in the military.
@@rundreamachieve😂
Nate, I’m 53 and I’m sub 3:00. You are sub 2:50!! Thanks for sharing, my goal is 2:57/58 @ CIM. I’m going to ride your coattails 💪🏻💪🏻
Lets Gooooooooooo!! 💪💪💪💪👊
Hi coach. I’m training for a 2:40 marathon and some of my faster long runs have me running around 6:06 pace or race pace. The coolest it gets is 75 with 70% humidity. I’m 4 weeks into a 24 week block. Should I dial it back to 6:10 or 6:12 until the humidity and temp drop or keep it the same? Thanks
I definitely would IG..9 seconds slower per mile pace at 75 degrees per the vdot02 calculator...so if it were optimal conditions (example, 55 degrees, your race pace for a 2:40:00 is 6:06 mile pace...factoring 75 degrees, your race pace should be adjusted to 6:15 mile pace. Hope this helps..keep up the superior work. You are in great shape!
@@rundreamachieve thanks coach!
Any time 👊💪
