Yes, music can always be helpful, especially when you're depressed, but my experience is that, if you listen to depressive music when you're down it just makes you more sad and it has a bad effect on you, whichonly makes things worse. You better listen to uplifting or calming music and try to meditate. It helps much more. Anyway, Suno is an online AI tool, which you can generate music with. I always liked writing lyrics and thanks to Suno, I can make music from them.
