I love watching these videos and checking out properties back East. I am originally from St. Lawrence county New York. The properties you can buy back there for less than $200,000 is amazing! Beautiful old well kept homes from the 1800’s and early 1900’s. I’m in North Idaho and a house for 200k here is in my opinion little more than a shack.

Probably not. Unless you could buy a right of way and then spend thousands and thousands of dollars 💵 putting in a road.
