    Double standards dependant on race sounds like racism.

    It honestly doesn’t matter how he used it. he’s white, he said the word, he made an insensitive remark about a much bigger problem than the nfl protests. He’s a grown man he knows what he’s doing and he should know better.

      Black people need to stop saying it too. Or accept everyone can say it. Eventually the word police will come for you when you step out of line. They don't care who you are. They have to feed their egos somehow.

      Every grown Hispanic then should know better than to call every freaking white person an Anglo. As a Slav I am offended.

    I don’t know why white people are SO pressed about saying the n word. Why are white people always ready to tell black people what to do. If your not black, if you haven’t lived the black experience, don’t say it. It’s simple. for educational purposes or not, if you’re white there are SO many more words to use. The reclaimed term is NOT meant for anyone who’s not black period.

      And when did black people make rules on what words to say, that society has to abide by?

      This was not a case of white people telling black people what to do. This was a case of people of a certain ideological mindset telling white people what to do. This was a situation of anti-white racism -- not anti-black racism.
      The word has significant ties to African American history. Banning its use by people who are not black, even when its not used as a pejorative would be like banning the use of the word Holocaust by anybody who is not Jewish. It is atrocious that he would have been fired for pointing out that Colonel Sanders regularly called black people the n-word. He was literally speaking out AGAINST anti-black racism. Under the contexts that he said it, it should be allowed to be said by ANYBODY, period.

      I see you are a part of the word gestopo. Just wait. They will turn on you one day. The thing about the word police is they do not discriminate. They will eat anyone to feed their egos.

    Holy shit... we live in a crazy age, where it's so easy to get canceled, offended, charged, blacklisted and banned for ironically, offending someone else without trying. None of those things should happen, except get offended, for offending on purpose even. These kids have no frame of reference on fairness or equality.

    Bruh they didn’t JUST kill 4 people innocently. I know he knows that but it’s important not to minimize just how many black people (not just black men) die yearly from police brutality.

    • @CrimsonUniverse22
      @CrimsonUniverse22 2 роки тому +2

      We should minimize it, because the amount of black men who die from police brutality year, is so astronomically rare, it barely registers on the radar.

    Words have context and I think it's important to look at them in their context .
    There are so many words we don't use but no one raises eyebrows as to why we can't use them .
    So the idea of having a word that can not be used is not alien .I think if one is brought up in a culture that believes that they have the right to everything it is problematic as we all know there are restrictions in every facet of life but I have yet to hear a complaint in that regard whereas when it comes to the N -word people are up in arms as to why they can not use the word .

    This word has absolutely no power over me but at the same time I don't want to hear it. I think black people that use it sound like fools. It was a stupid word when created by stupid people. It even sounds stupid. To call yourself or someone you like such a foul, venomous word is just foolish. I don't get it at all. I really don't.

    Think about who is doing the yelling and canceling and ask yourself....is it really black people doing the canceling? Or is it white people being "offended on behalf of" black people.
