That is incredible. I love how that woman knows her shit too. That's great. Hell, she knows more than most guys I've spoke to in the industry. That Toshiba mill is absolutely insanity. I love it. They'll be around forever.
Master Machine is a first class operation. Great company to deal with. Everyone there really knows what they are doing. They have repaired or manufactured new parts for us to keep production running. He has the knowledge and capability to make just about anything. The shop is really cool.
Great video love seeing you be enthusiastic about it, makes it a pleasure to watch I can feel the awe factor. Such a large facility and amount of metal removal is incredible, makes you wonder how they manage thier chips and scraps and how much is created each day. Also never thought about deburring such large pieces that is a job in and of itself.
Do you have any old Kearney & Trecker milling machines in your operation, or have they all been phased out already? The reason I ask I worked there for 19 years, and Giddings and Lewis bought K&T, I had a large part the reinstall a 20 year old K&T line that had been totally upgraded with new machinery in Caterpillar Plant in Aurora Illinois. It was a penalty job, G&L let it go too long so myself and several others worked 12 hours a day seven days a week to get it all back up and running. Differential
Thats really a first class operation there. imagine the stress of working those large parts. There is no " set up part" . many thousands of dollars just for the material
I bailed out on Time. Only worked as a machinist for 19 years. My brother in law, a machinist for 30 years died ay 55 from terminal, stress cáncer. At times our bodies were so stressed, we were paralized dron the neck down.
Come on Ian you’ve never seen an automated tool vendor before come on I know you have to be nice…Woman are some of the hardest taskmasters in the business…especially here in the uk…
Really Practical Machinist, you can't find anyone other than this skinny jean wearing Logan Paul knockoff to do your videos, I kid of course. Impressive shop but this video falls way short of the mark, maybe Ian was just nervous in front of the camera or maybe someone needs to layoff the Redbull. Be sharp and coherent, and don't cut the dude off and try to finish every sentence for the guy. I am looking forward to part 2, their gear shop. If I were a drinking man, Ian's "wow" and "my God" counts would make a hell of a drinking game.
Go to minute 9:09, for Ian’s priceless “Oh my God” moment. How do we turn this into a meme...........
That lady really knows her stuff!
Any one crying that America can't do it anymore needs to watch this carefully! Fantastic skills.

Good to see rebuilding machinery, and building new machines under same roof. Sanity😊😊
Great looking shop, the owners, project manager are pretty knowledgable about the entire operation which is great to see!
Thankyou for sharing this. Was amazing equipment.
Our pleasure, it was absolutely incredible to check out!
I can’t believe they grew that fast in 10 years. Really cool. We have the vending machines where I work. I can’t count how much time they save.
I’d tell you to stop by but the shop is so messy I’d be ashamed for you to see it.

It’s hard to grasp the scale of some of these machines .
Seriously man, like you can fit my F150 with room to spare in a couple of those mills, absolutely staggering
That lady is smart
are those bronze bushings ground?" as Joe Biden would say " come on man!"
No one has ever accused me of being smart! 😂
