Could you please explain or show the inside lining of the carrier portion of this product. I've purchased this carrier / carseat twice now and it appears that the lining is sown wrong and doesn't fit the carseat as you demonstrate in the video. I could use some help to determine how to remedy this problem. I've already returned the first one only to find the same problem with the second one I received. 😕.

It’s a problem in the lining. Just pull up on the inside where you can feel where it’s sewed on wrong and cut a circle around it. It will fit right in.
