- Portland’s Old Town has been a hot spot for those addicted to fentanyl. Crowds of people often use the Chinese sculpture as a base to hang out and do drugs.

@@TheWriterNW I do care about those people, so your insinuation that I don’t is ignored. I know it’s not a serious question, but I will say- I would if I could. My dad was homeless due to things beyond his control and so I know all of these people have a backstory we can’t understand. I regularly help those I can with cash or food. I wish more people had empathy for other humans instead of being such selfish assholes like you
They do have somewhere to go it's called REHAB!
