Great Stuff! Thanks! But I have ver. 5.5 and at the 2:30 mark, merge layers...I got that, but what I do not get is why do you choose the Crop tool and hit Enter twice? Nothing happens in my version, but your version does something so quick, I do not understand what it does and why it is important. since my version does not do any thing, your layers look different than mine. Can you assist with understanding? Thanks!
At Minute 6:02, I do not get the option to do the color range step. I get a message that says Warning: No pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edges will not be visible. Also, the area around my image in the Color Range selection window is gray, not white. I followed the steps but am on PS2020. Perhaps this is the issue?
Maybe a bit late, but i think i found the solution to your (and my) problem: When you select the color range, you have to click the black area once, otherwise it will just select very few pixels.
!READ THIS! To get the gradients you don't need to download anything. My bad! Just follow these instructions: Select the gradient tool -> click the drop down arrow next to the current gradient you have -> click the gear w/the drop down arrow -> select Noise Samples -> click append to add them to your current gradients Sorry about that! :D Hope you enjoyed. If the levels trick isn't working for you, here are some workarounds You can add a "Brightness/Contrast" effect and change it there Or you can add a "Gradient Map" effect and adjust it to your liking Don't forget to right click the effect layer and choose "Create Clipping Mask" and place it above the middle layer in the Layers window to make sure it only affects the middle layer
Select the gradient tool - click the drop down arrow next to the current gradient you have - click the gear w/the drop down arrow - select Noise Samples - click append to add them to your current gradients

This was amazing ! Thanks mate !
At the gradient part when I do exactly as you did, the whole layer becomes one flat ugly gradient. Any ideas what i might've done wrong?
Never mind, figured it out
Amazing
Can you tell me that how had you done the gradient part because when I did so, the whole sheet was coloured.
Awesome video!!!
Did you use a windows or a mac?
