Your video saved time and money. I had cleaned my Jarba Elite T75 buds and case a using alcohol, Q-tips, toothbrush and a thin metal pick, but the left ear is did not get any louder. Your video allowed me to identity the problem and had the left bud working properly 50 seconds. This was an awesome video. Best wish you and your family.

Love and thanks from India. You are a saviour. I had wasted days on multiple times reset, configure, cleansing (gels and output hole), Trial with other devices etc. Finally as a desperate measure even decided to buy new ones. After hearing you even though I didn't believe first. But amazingly it worked. I used SIM ejecting pin with with a bit of deodorant. My favourite Jabra started working again. No doubt on quality. One of the best buds out there on quality, usability and comfort. Once again thanks a ton

I can't trully express how much you've helped me lol. It feels unreal to be able to listen with my left earbud set to a normal volume and quality. I usually only use my right earbud but during those times when I want to use my left one I felt soo disappointed...

Always wondered what those lil' holes were for... Legend! Every morning I put my earbuds in and when it said "connected" there was no issue but the left one after a few minutes died. I also was %$##"! Over 6 months and then I saw your site. I didn't even know of the little hole. This morning, when putting the earbuds in, it was great, 60 minutes worth! They were my first "expensive" earbuds too so so I was "disappointed" to say the least. Now, great! Thank you so much!
Bless you! I was so ready to throw these away and buy new ones. The volume constantly changing is enough to make you insane. I tried to clean the hole just a little at first which didn't work but when I got a little more aggressive the problem was fixed. Thanks so much for posting this!

You my friend just saved me 200 bucks. I bought these when they came out and 6 months in I started having this issue. They’ve been collecting dust since then. I tried them the other day after years of them just sitting there and same issue. I’ve been relentlessly looking at new earbuds for working out as my airpod pros are just okay - lackluster sound quality and come out of my ears too easily. Thank you so much for this tip. I have my favorite headphones back. I was always so sad that the 75t’s crapped out so fast but I held on to them. Now they sound spectacular and I know how to fix them. Can’t thank you enough!

I'm so glad I found this video! My left earbud would connect, have sound for a few seconds and then slowly fade to no sound at all. I tried resetting, cleaning the earbuds, updating firmware, all with no improvement. So as silly as cleaning this little hole seemed, there were enough people in the comments that said it worked! Grabbed a needle and tried to clean out that little hole but I didn't have anything come out. Great... this isn't going to fix my problem either. Boy was I wrong, even though I didn't see anything come out during the cleaning, just the movement of the needle in there, must have done something because my earbud works just like new again! "Cleaned" the right one just for good measure. Thank you so much! I was really dreading the idea of having to buy another pair of earbuds and you saved me!

Thanks Ryan! This solved my problem. I’d had a similar issue with the 65t as well, and that’s why I bought the 75t. I was dreading the thought of have to replace or switch to a different brand of earbuds altogether. I tried this on my old 65t and it corrected the issue and now I have two pairs!

You’re the man!!!!! I love my Jabra 75t active and used it everyday specially for working out. I did everything you described prior to finding this fix and was finally told my Jabra customer service that they couldn’t do a warranty service because it was past the date (refurbished). I just ordered a pair of Jabra elite 4 active when I decided to look through UA-cam and found your video. Unbelievable! Thank you sir!

Purchased my Jabra Elite 75t's in November 2019. After struggling with the volume issue since almost the beginning I tired the same shit you mention to fix the 'problem'. Was out hiking today and almost stomped them earbuds due to frustration. Just poked a toothpick into the holes on each bud and seems really good, so far. Hope to report the same in a few weeks or so. I sprayed it with 100% alcohol trying to clean it and the right ear piece ended up with no sound, I thought I water damaged it and was about to order a new one.
you totally saved it from going into the trash.

This actually worked. Took the time with a cleaner and toothpick and sound is back to normal. My issue was a complete sound failure on the left bud. Thanks.
Have to say I have had my jabras for I think about 2 years, I left them at work the last two weeks came back and they had this exact problem, with no idea how to even approach it I watched this and what do you know it bloody works thanks champion great work

OMG! I've spent so much time searching for why my left earbud was silent. I searched using so many keywords for weeks and am amazed that your video didn't show up until now (even though the post date is 2/20/22). I never knew there was a teeny hole there! I used a push pin (and had to put on my glasses) and now I have my glorious stereo sound again!

man, thank you for this video, for a few months my headphones, which are more than 2 years old, stopped working normally, I had the same problem, the volume was decreasing in intensity but not to zero, it could be heard but at a low volume, I cleaned that hole for me too but there was no dirt there instead I think it was that protection for water and dust, I broke it and now the headphones work again at maximum volume without problems. I wanted to buy other headphones but you saved me😅 Thank you so much!

I eBayed a pair of these for cheap and one of the two earbuds had this volume issue. I thought I was humped but once I cleaned out that hole they performed great! Thanks!

Lost sound on my first pair of jabras and had to throw them away thinking they were broken, i wrote to jabra for solutions but no one came bacj to me.
I bought another pair since i love how they sound but started loosing sound from the right side again then i found you mate. Can u believe i lost a pair because no one could give me a solution but u did. They sound great again. Thanks mate.

Along with all the others - this fix was the only thing that worked. Was also about to scrap as well, but now I'm back to complete bliss jamming to my fav tunes and easily communicating over the phone. Thanks doesn't say it enough.

Amazing! I thought it thought the ear bud wasn't in my ear. If I wiggled the ear bud in my ear it would come back for a split second then disappear. This was so helpful, thank you for making a video about it!

BLESS YOUR SOULL DUDE 😭. I got the regular elite 75t and only my right bud volume stopped working but u were right just used a paperclip n it worked.
