"How to DISTRESS TIMBER Furniture" My way

Imperfections is the new perfection. How I did this Distressing Timber console table.
This is my first time distressing a timber finish, and to be honest I was a little nervous.
It's something I have always wanted to do and I took chance and winged it. Self taught 😃
And it was so easy
After sanding back the dark old stain I was in love and I was excited
Without a doubt, the chisel worked in my favour as my favourite tool. It helped to remove all the natural sharp edges along with giving it additional texture👌
I love how it's turned out and it's exactly what I was aiming for.
Products were semi gloss sealer 1x coat and I used white wax over this as I love the feel of wax on timber pieces. But without the glossy look.
