Great video! Well explained! I agree completely that less is more specially if you have rosacea. Layers of makeup and green concealer adds to the textured skin and looks cakey. Products are listed in the info session!
I am very pale and can't find a tinted moisturizer (or foundation) that looks natural. When I was younger, I just used powder to tone down the discoloration, but that doesn't work on my aging skin. ITs products are definitely too dark. :( I've kinda given up, but I miss wearing makeup when I want to.

I did my research while viewing the video and the makeup is hers...the one who is putting on the makeup. Very nice job. A little goes a long way. I'm 38 and I have rosacea since 29, while my products vary a lot the steps are similar to the vid. I Like natural skin and I really don't care what people think of my face. The problem is the heat and the flushes on my cheeks .Now I travel with a bottle of rose water and spray it like crazy!. less red and less hot.
It doesn't help us if we don't know what product to use. I have tried many different products that do not work. I have not found anything that works. Could you please let us know what the product was that you used first for the redness. I seemed to work very well.

Quite a few years ago, I had rosacea. I got rid of it.... entirely. I applied a mix of grapeseed oil & tea tree oil. I don't remember the amounts. But I just applied it daily & it wasn't long at all before it completely went away. I see articles ( not Margaret's) that make it sound like you're stuck w/ it for life. I can tell you that was not true for me.
As it happens, rosacea is the result of your body's immune system problem. So, in order to clear rosacea, you should take care of your body's immune system 1st.

You use a tinted primer, would you recommend that over a BB cream? i love BB cream because its a one-stop-shop and I get up at 5:30 am, but it doesn't seem to last very long. I am on a hospital floor for 12 hrs, and I need to look as dewy and fresh and natural at the end of the day as I do at the beginning! I have used primer under it but then I'm using moisturizer, primer, AND BB cream and it just seems like too much...do you have any suggestions?
This comment is for Ariane Poole, I wish your website would list the ingredients in the concealing products as most people with rosacea have sensitive skin, and cannot use products with fragrance and certain types of other ingredients, therefore I will not purchase until I know if a product includes these irritant's.

I have rosacea too, and that's the FIRST thing people notice. It's aggravating. Or I get, "Are you alright"? It drives me crazy. I have a medication ointment that tones the red down so that I can do a little foundation.

I was just diagnosed with rosasea and was told by my dermatologist not use any make up?! I'm currently using extreme tolerance by Avene. And even that cream itches a bit when I put it on!

I also use the cleansing milk from that range every day and the calming mask once or twice in a week. After cleaning your skin with the milk I recommand you to use the thermal water spray from Uriage, not the one from Avène. Since I use these products my skin doesn't itch anymore! :)

I've got breakouts and red and itchy skin every time I used makeup from dior, guerlain, YSL, etc.... The only make up that works out for me at the moment is the Make Up Forever Ultra HD foundation because it's at the same time a hydrating foundation without lots of perfume/fragrance in it :) Or the foundations from Kiko (which are non comedogenic).
