When you mention “legal” or tell someone that your lawyer is present, things get done very quickly.
As a lawyer I can confirm that Billion Surprise Toys (BST) shit their pants when you threatened legal action because they were fully aware that they engaged in Copyright abuse which is highly illegal under DMCA law. The two main laws prohibiting such actions are 17 USC 506(c) and 17 USC 506(d) which are criminal statutes.
506(c) makes it illegal place a false copyright notice on something and distribute or import it. There is a requirement that you have fraudulent intent, that is, it cannot be an innocent mistake or even intentional for some purpose other than committing fraud.
506(d) makes it illegal to remove or alter a copyright notice. Again, it requires you to intend a fraud by doing so. It also does not apply if the work is in the public domain or otherwise not copyrighted by someone else.
The penalties for both crimes are at least a fine - and potentially jail time. It is clear that in no uncertain terms, BST knowingly engaged in Copyright abuse, violating in the first instance, 506(d) and in the second instance 506(c).

You know if Billion Surprise Toys really wanted to fix their whole "Different Dad" problem, they should make a more serious light-hearted sing-a-long about Mommy and Daddy (or Chad) taking Chiya, Dolly and Johnny to see Papa. This sing-a-long can make very subtle and small hints that the reason the fathers are different now is because of a divorce between Papa and Mommy (it doesn't have to be anything too heavy or serious, the two could have both decided to break up because they were bored in the relationship or something else along those lines) The adults are civil with each other during the visit and the kids are maybe even playing with both dads. This type of scenario, if done right enough, can be cute and heart-warming, fans of the series (no mater if it's ironic or not) will probably love it, it gives both dad characters respect and it explains the situation in a fun and logical way.
This would also probably make the series more interesting because now there's a timeline where Mommy and Papa were together and where Mommy and Daddy (or Chad) were together.

I find that the one with the wife dying is somehow even worse because the husband didn't even kill her. "Middling" essentially means "not of the best health" so he was just watching her die over a 3-day period, but because she scolded him ONCE, he was already over it and couldn't be happier to see her go

I'm starting to really hate the UA-cam staff team. First of all they're taking down creators videos and willy-nilly yet they aren't taking down the videos that should be taken down. Such as I don't know fake animal rescue teams that literally KILLED A DOG and UA-cam did nothing
