0.66 probability for each set to go from (0, 0, 0) to (1, 1, 1) [or (4, 4, 4) to (5, 5, 5) etc.] ... (0.66)^9 = 0.026 (2.6% to have an entire run conducive to full tips)
What you could maybe do is stockpile a spare chopped mushroom and chopped beef, and when it's time to throw on ingredients each cycle, the two visible ones get thrown on, then those players pick up their respective spare chopped ingredient and get to ready to throw, a moment later the third order shows -> whoever needs to throws on the respective ingredient instead of guessing the third.
Can even leave early before the third thrown on... p3 is beef and dirty plates, so if a beef is expected as the third order, p3 would stand at the ready to throw on instead of getting plates, p4 takes over grabbing the plates role. 16% chance that p4's mushroom is required (if beef is expected) and things get messy, but that's low% and just a moment of someone putting their ingredient down to throw a mushroom on.
Spare ingredients could be kept on the platform, as two counter tiles are never used. Prob best time to gather them is right at the start, then chop them at 3:50 in game time.
Yeah you'd lose a second each cycle, and this might seem like tight gameplay already, but there's a level everyone plays at when they know a stage has an element of luck to it -> less effort b/c it's a longterm grind mentality, can't go 100% effort reseting to rng. This strat might be viable... -> can put in that 100% effort because you'd know it's the effort that would make it possible.
Unrelated, might be worth to bring the 4th plate into gameplay earlier, so that the sink will have a 4th dirty plate in it throughout. The last chef always ends up washing for slightly longer than necessary and that would add up over time as progress on that plate. A second or two timesave across the run

Thanks for the idea, in fact there's one thing i can't understand is that even we don't get the perfect rng (e.g. beef chicken chicken), there's a chance that we can still get full tips in the next round, but sometimes we just can't get it (maybe it depends on when did that wrong order pops up during the first round?)

@@Mr.H999 Send me a clip of that and I'll take a look, it should be a set amount of time from when the (beef leading into) chicken is served in that example, until the next chicken is serve. So, it's probably barely possible to 3/3 the second chicken there and that means sometimes 2/3, sometimes 3/3 tip

@@Mr.H999 I don't think it'd matter when, as getting say beef, chicken, chicken start means that you have to rush while assembling the second set, and sets 2 through 9 are all the same cycle (right?)... first set is a little easier because plates are spawned in
