37 -A Self Actuating Car Valve

I go over and show a problem that we had with a car valve that opened by itself.

It's a Midland A-720 2" angle valve that needs to be rebuilt with the upgrade rebuilt kit.

This particular valve was rebuilt with an upgraded kit, the one with the goldish looking packing nut, on 09/2019 according to its tag. You just never know when something may act up.

@@mypropaneinsights6074 I wonder the age of the valve itself. It could be the original valve installed on the car with wore out ACME threads on the stem or valve body. To my knowledge there's now way to gage it only roll the stem on the table to see if it's warped when the valve is being rebuilt.
