I met a kitten once who was lying injured at the corner of the road. Keeping in mind that I had find her a foster home, I brought her home and tended to her wounds. Soon I got attached to her and wouldn’t give her up at any cost. Later on I found out that her heart was weak and soon she died. This kitten is so similar to her, her ways of looking around, meowing, cuddling on the feet, her tiny paws and feeble attempt to climb. I just love cats!
I honestly wonder what that act of refusing intimacy will do to this little ones developing psyche. Once or twice is fine but not repeatedly unless it’s for safety.

He was such a sweet cat, he was with me for a short time, he had a stroke and was very poorly. The vet didn't give me much choice other than to put him down. This was over 20 years ago and I still miss him.

She is not spoiled. Young kittens sleep on top of their mother and snuggled with their siblings. They need the heat of each other's bodies. They can't regulate their own temperature. It's an instinct for them to snuggle with someone when they sleep

This is a perfect display of how vulnerable many kittens are. These tiny creatures often put all their trust into a human, not understanding that some people can be cruel to them. I am so happy to watch this video, knowing that the person loves the kitten.

When they get older, they're no different. My cat will fight tooth and claw to get on my lap, regardless whether I want her there or not. She wins most of the time.

But also tend to gravitate towards the human that ignores them. I have noticed that behavior when going to someone's house with a cat. I am allergic to them so I have to ignore them unfortunately, most of the time they end up rubbing up on my leg. It's almost like they have to claim the human's attention haha.

@@burak5601 I heard somewhere that's how cats are when it comes to affection. Almost like woman they tend to ignore aggressive or needy attention seeking. But also tend to gravitate towards the human that ignores them. I have noticed that behavior when going to someone's house with a cat. I am allergic to them so I have to ignore them unfortunately, most of the time they end up rubbing up on my leg. It's almost like they have to claim the human's attention haha.
