The one thing I didn't like of this perform was THE DAMN CAMERA WORK. the camera work was terrible af... *I'm still pissed and it has been 2 years*
Edit: I think this is why you preferred the 2018 performance and me too, but actually is because the camera work was much more better, I swear If the camera work of 2016 was good you would be mind blown: they zoomed out in the best parts of the choreography this is why, and they kept zooming out for the whole damn performance....i was like "y'all know I'm here to see BTS and you're showing me everything except BTS? *you're cancelled* ".
It was a total mess and I feel bad for bts for putting so much effort, blood sweat and tears for a 2 dollars cameraman. Gaddamn...
it would be interesting if you let them react to some dance practices in particular: Blood sweat and tears and Fire (to repair that mess🤦🏽♀️) GoGo, Bapsae, Boy in luv, Danger and Idol👌🏽

I would suggest watching fancams for live performances (sometimes BigHit will upload their own). You can actually see them performing. TV camera work is so horrible.
I completely agree!! Or at least the comeback performances. The camera work on this one was horrible, too much close shots, too much large shots... First timers can really appreciate Bangtan talent :(

Dont worry when I first started following them I had trouble sorting out who is who it gets easier the more you watch them as BTS have very diverse looks for a K-pop group some groups almost look like clones of each other.

Tbh I think the reason why she couldn't point out Jin this time cause he really didn't have much presence in the group then, (I really wish he fucking did) compared to his presence now now. I'm not really sure if he finally just came out of his shell , or if it's really due to the company not really allowing him (correct Me if I'm wrong please don't drag me I love Jin, and all the members) (sorry in advance if I'm saying stupid shit) like compared to 2018 and this 2016 he had way more camera panels, lines, and as she was saying Beyonce moments ( I think that's was she was saying ?sorry, I'm really dumb) more or so he just wasn't poppin like he should have been and always been from the start. I love how far they have come, I'm very proud of all and please stream epiphany, euphoria, singularity, and Serendipity.

You can never tell from the hair unless you stay in the same show; Jimin and V have each gone through like 4 colors in just through the end of year performances to the Grammys. You can always find Jin because he has the broadest shoulders and the cute pouty lips, but admittedly, that's hard to spot when they're jumping around on stage. You might like to see something informative on him/them? gadaursan's channel has some short intro videos to each member. Or if you want to see their goofball sides, squishyminyoongi's channel has a lot of cute compilations.
Camera work at some award shows is trash they miss so much of the performance it makes me sad. Id recommend watching the dance practice for Blood Sweat & Teats cause the choreo is aboslute perfection i love it!
