If I want to track who all participated in the call with John Smith, and add multiple names to the Name field, how can I have multiple names show up in the report? I am coming across the limitation in my reporting that only the first name is pulling to the report.

Thanks, but how do you see what an employee(s) on my sales team was doing? Fine to see my activity, but I want to see other staff activities.

Another question- In creating a report is Task and Events the only Report Type that includes the Activity Type field. I went ahead and built a custom field for activity type and attached it to my custom report type which works for the most part but the event is showing blank. Please help.
