Whereas preventive action is taken prior occurence of NC

After preparation of corrective action,when the defect is controlled,can it be included in pfmea as preventive action for future

You can include in fmea but it will be corrective action only.

If level of Cpk generates non conforming products then Yes. OR if it declines below decided acceptance level of Cpk value then Yes.
