United undoubtedly should have buried their chances against Palace. And I completely understand anyone that is frustrated about not winning yesterday. But reactionary types need to step back and look at the bigger picture. This is what a real long term project looks like. If you’ve objectively watched the City, Fulham, Brighton, Liverpool, Southampton, Barnsley, and Palace matches, it’s clear that United look much more organized and compact this season. Not to mention they are playing a much more possession based game instead of playing back and forth basketball style matches. If you’re actually paying close attention, it’s clear to see United are evolving and controlling matches much more this season. Likewise, 4 clean sheets in the last 6 matches is a huge step in the right direction. I’m very optimistic about how the team is looking going forward.
Not sure if 11th in the Premier league is progress compared to last season.

I understand those annoyed at TH for the subs, he did tame the team down and the fact is it was a game there to be won, but equally those players didn’t do their job by finishing the chances created and capitalising on the dominance on that whole game!! Those subs shouldn’t have mattered as the game should have been buried and we still had enough talent to do the job. I don’t believe in risking Eriksen too often as we will get punished soon, but ultimately that decision proved to be something he got right that many of us were against.
EVERYONE needs to improve, the manager and the players too, it’s a journey and there are improvements in front of our eyes from last season already. The finishing will come!!

We're starting to look like ETH Ajax team, proper pass and move dominating football. Back 4 plus Onana looks solid and vitally, comfortable on the ball, press resistant. Bruno and Rashford look like the odd ones out now, moments players to where the rest are playing cohesively. Have no doubt Yoro will also comfortably slot in for De Ligt or Lisandro when he's called upon. On the up and up.
