@@ShaanTahirGolf Don't worry too much, it happens a lot. I've had the same thing on my channel a few times. If you look at YT golf as a whole, I think views have dropped off a bit at the moment

From where you were when I first started watching your vlogs till now, you've made a massive improvement both in your ability to play and your infant/behind camera skills. Ive got my own channel. great video as usual. Really enjoy watching your vlogs. gives me hope as a 26 handicapper i genuinely feel like my golf is similar to yours, maybe just a few more duffs with the hybrids and mid irons.
I have noticed watching the yardages of your 2 iron they seem to average more like 170. do you find it easier to hit than your 5 iron which should be a similar distance? I've found lots of people preferring driving irons over Drivers or 3 hybrids despite the fact distance gains that could be had over a lesser well hit long iron? not sure about the stats, do you get more strokes gained being 40 yards further down but 20 yards right, vs being fairway 40 yards back?

I do but I just haven't got on with them for a while now. Some range time is needed with them I think
I realized pga tour tv is really hard to follow and the camera work is so far without any of the players perspective. These vids pf amateur golf are so much more fun

Hey Luke, what did your golf equipment cost especially your clubs? Im a beginner and dont know how much i should spend on my first golf set
My clubs probably cost around £1500-2000 in total. You definitely don't need to spend that much though. I picked up some great old Callaway cavity backs when I started and paid about £150 so would recommend something like that. Facebook Marketplace and eBay great places to look 👍
On hole 13 if you had used a 3 iron instead of 4,you may have it. Anyway great rpund and well played

As a 12.8 Handicapper, the drives off the first tee box sum it up perfectly. Golf is hard.

I never pull out the driver on the first tee, I always go with my safe club (7 wood or 7 iron)

@itsbinq4967 Same for me, the driver is a 50/50 club for me. I'm experimenting with some new mechanics that are yielding straighter flights, but lesser distance, so I may be on to something.
Until then I will keep honing in on my safer options. But man, the feeling of ripping a driver down the middle is too much satisfaction 😆

You drive the ball between 205 and 250??? And then you drive one 222 and are left with 247 to the pin and you're talking as though you can get there with a 2 iron lol. Hells bells I wish I had that kind of confidence!!!

Hello An old addage is, why do people do the sme thing and expext different results! If you are "consistantly" hitting your drives to the right as in this video,
Why don't you turn your boddy an inch or so to the left on set up to compensate for the slice, you would do the same if the wind was comingfrom L to R.
Because he normally has a draw / pull / hook. The right sided shots were a compensation for what he normally does.

12.3 handicap and scoring 89. I must check my handicap as 89 is my average score and my handicap I was told was 18
Your handicap is the average of your best 8 rounds of your last 20 Michael 👍
Handicaps are your best, not your humdrums Michael. I'm 23 and I'm quite pleased with 95. Are you putting cards in? I suspect if you're averaging 89 you're really a 15 hcap.
That's not how handicaps work. 89 is a bad round for this guy.

It looks like you are aiming quite far right off the tee. I know because I have this issue.
Yeah I'd been fighting a hook shape but it never really reared it's head on this day
@UpDownGolf that's interesting but to fight a hook you aim left... counter intuitive I know but it will force a 'slice' in your brain and straighten you up
So a 12.3 handicap playing a Ryder cup course is basically like my 18 handicap ass on a public course.

You hit your irons really well but seem to be struggling with the driver. There’s a pretty easy fix since you have the swing working working with the irons. Don’t want to be “that guy” so sorry if I’m being rude.
