A Yume Nikki world was the last thing I expected, but it's so cool.
As a Toad main, I greatly appreciate the new resprites. The new characters look great as well!

this... looks just amazing! like actually incredible! i've always played other smash games because i couldn't enjoy crusade due to the sprite clashing, but this update just threw that out of the window!
the new visual effects look stunning and i love how the game is getting a consistent art style now, with the high contrast black outlines and not much hueshifting on the characters. it's easy to tell that a huge amount of effort was put into this game!
Hoping for a date mostly, haven't played ssbc in forever but I wanted to wait for this update to mess with it again

I am really excited and stumped by this project. I have been playing the game since its earliest versions and am impressed by how much they have improved. Nice work with Rayman's Resprite, it was just what the character needed

As this game improves, more and more people will wake up out of the "Crusade bad SSF2 good" mindset and will actually give this game a chance.
@@Cephonster men, I have played SSBC since 2013 and I always though that SSBC is way better than SSF2. And until now, I still prefer this game more than SSF2.

I always preferred Crusade over Smash Flash. It didn’t look as pretty but I admire Crusade for offering a unique experience with all of these stages and characters unique to it.
