- We're power building to close out 2024. Honing my strength and physique heading into 2025. In today's workout we're hitting box squats with chains as our main lift for legs and seated overhead press as our main lift for shoulders. Accessories include Nordic curls, Bulgarian split squats, leg press and much more.

I love that mentality. I definitely don't like to put limits on myself. My goal is just to push hard and see what's possible. 1300 lbs would be pretty sweet 💪💪
