Good to see someone showing realistic daily meals! I make a similar slow cooked chuck but I don’t use gravy powder, I just make a corn flour slurry (about 1 tbl spoon corn flour and a splash of water) - it thickens up the liquid to make the gravy. I also use bone broth instead of stock, I just find it has better nutritional value, lower sodium and still tastes great 😊 Yours still looks delicious! Just wanted to share for anyone looking for another option (I’m feeding my 1 year old who doesn’t need too much salt).
