- This Belgium student team has their focus on the mixed eight and asked me for feedback on how to improve. The eight is not just about rowing technique, it is also about who sits where and how athletes are influencing each other's rowing style. Although this is roughly a 30min video, I tried to keep it short and to the point.

Nice video, it's interesting, there isn't that much information about mixed rowing! I would like to see a video on the best strength exercises for rowers but more specific!
Can you do a technique review video on some Junior worlds footage? Maybe of the GB Eight (they have a video on here with training footage as well) or the Turkish pair that were so dominant in their events? Thanks Aram
im a belgian rower and have never heard of them or seen tham on a regatta
We have our own regatta in Hasselt, between the 3 schools of the city. Because we row mixed, we cannot participate in other regattas.
I have my first single race next week,ive had very little training in a single tho ive done other 1ks in a quad,is there anything i should be doing?
