Red Hot Chili Peppers started in 1983 in Los Angeles, CA as a rap rock funk band. They lost their original guitar player Hillel Slovak in 1988 to a drug overdose. They replaced him with John Frusciante. He was in the band from 1988-1993 then rejoined in 1998 to 2006 and came back this past year. One of their first radio hits was a cover of Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground on their 1989 album Mother's Milk. Check that one out too. You'll dig it. It's one of the most famous bass lines in rock.
Fruciante (guitarist) is a beast. His solo to "dani california" in their life show at alcatraz is my favourite (at about 23:00).

Slane Castle is in Ireland. Chili Peppers have some 🔥 songs! Anthony Kiedis (lead singer) and Flea (bass guitar) have been playing/singing together since they were teenagers. Give It Away and The Zepher Song are ones you guys should react to. My favorite video of Give It Away was uploaded by SPAZZYG. I don't know if it can be searched by the name of the uploader. I'd give you dollar if you played Dark Necessities, Californication, Dani California and/or Sir Psycho sexy All official official music video version. There is a notorious story that way back when the band was just getting started the played a gig in a bar that turned out to be a strip joint. After they realize what they had to compete with Anthony (singer) came up with the plan. The band took off all their clothes except for a sock they each wore on their junk.

RHCP guitarist change as often as a diaper! Most notables, Dave Navarro, who's married to Carmen Electra..Google her! Most recent Josh Klinghofer, he was on last album, I'm With You...The harmony u hear in back. Is John Fruciante.react to Desecration Smile. None of the other guitarist can harmonize, like Fruciante! He was on most of the, HIT albums. 2007 they won a Grammy, Best Rock Album..called Stadium Arcadium, React to Stadium Arcadium, the song.. LOVE about every jam on that album. Fruciante is back. NEW ALBUM COMING OUT BY DECEMBER.
