    Instructions:
    1. For Masala powder Take a pan and dry roast 2 tbsp coriander seeds, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp whole pepper, 8 red chili until aroma releases and cool it down and grind to powder.
    2. For puree Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil, ginger pieces, garlic pieces, 1 long sliced onion pieces, 5 tomatoes which is cut into big pieces, 3 tbsp cashews mix in between and cook on low flame by covering with lid until tomatoes are soft for about 10 mins. Let it cool down and grind to puree.
    3. For Curry, In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp ghee then add biryani spices and 1 cup of big cubes of onion, ½ cup of big cubes capsicum and mix well.
    4. Now add 1 tbsp salt, ½ tbsp turmeric powder mix well.
    5. Now add tomato puree, mix and add 1 tbsp red chili powder and grinded masala powder mix and add 1 cup of water and adjust salt to taste.
    6. Now close the lid and cook for 10 mins.
    7. Now open the lid and add paneer cubes, mix and close the lid and cook until oil oozes out.
    8. Now open the lid, add 1 tbsp kasoori methi, close the lid and cook for 2 more mins.
    9. Now open the lid and add fresh cream, cilantro, 2 tbsp butter and mix it.
    10. serve hot with rice or naan.
