Man, that looks incredible! I absolutely LOVE Indian food! Hands down my favorite type of cuisine. The layers and layers of flavors with all of the ingredients make the best tasting food. I told my mom that I could totally be vegetarian if I had time to cook Indian dishes often. They are so satisfying that I really don't feel like I'd need meat like I feel I need on a standard American diet.
