- Unveiling the LTM 1300-6.3 also sees Liebherr set a new world record - never before has a mobile crane been able to carry a 90 metre telescopic boom with an axle load of just 12 tonnes. The new 300 tonne model will add to the portfolio of Liebherr 6-axle cranes. It is a versatile, economical fast-erecting crane with a peerless telescopic boom length. Ein sehr schöner automobilkran. Wisst ihr schon wann dieser als Modell raus kommt und man den bei euch auf der shopseite kaufen kann? Da ich kein Kranführer oder im bauunternehmen bin, sondern noch in der Schule muss ich mich mit den Modellen zufrieden geben.

winter? i've driven cranes where even on a normally lit street in normal weather at 10pm they're still too weak, and part of that is because the vertical position of the lights are so high up compared to cars, that they dont light up the road close in as much, which for night shifts when you dont have a decent banksman for help positioning the crane for setup often forced me to shunt and guess and get pissed off because the banksman didnt see there's a grid where my rigger will end up and the method statements usually forget this stuff... when there even IS a method statement with berthing study.
You know, you can order the "lightings" optional kit. 4 xenon’s light on the front to replace the halogen original and they put 8 led’s around the turret and one over each support legs

When the counterweight is hung on the superstructure, what keeps it from falling off either sideways, should the crane flip over?
Antigravity
There is a steel bar behind each counterweight raising cylinder (40-50mm diameter), this sits slightly lower than and behind the top of the counterweight hooks when raised, 1 each side.
It gets squeezed by the cyliner
Those counterweight way aloy wich holds them on and the crane is level, if the crane is out of level far enuf for them to fall off you got bigger things to worry about. I work with grove cranes of this size and bigger almost daily

I know the 1300 is the tonnage of the crane 300 tons the 6 is the amount of axles it carries but what is the .3 for I know in other cranes it's the amount of engines on board but I know you can't fit 3 engines why I'm asking
