This show is my favourite thing on UA-cam at this point, keep them coming! As far as blue chip talent this draft reminds me of 2021, there were a lot of All-Pro quality non-QBs that went in the top 15 of that draft
Really great episode, thank you so much for the inside! Dane and Nate have so much expertise, it’s awesome to be able to listen to them. I’m really looking forward to next weeks QB episode
This was my first time checking out this channel, and I will be back for more. Thank you so much for the intelligent discussion, especially compared to other UA-cam draft content. I'm extremely impressed.
Long arms and shorter stature = ideal natural leverage. And you see that advantage on tape with Fautanu. And then of course the lateral agility is outstanding; such a fluid mover. Yeah, I feel as sure about him being at least a quality starter at tackle OR guard as any O lineman in this draft. But with those lateral movement skills and that nastiness he plays with - if he can get a little more consistent dealing with inside counters - I think he’s got legit Pro Bowl+ potential.
I don't know how you can think Maye is a better QB than Burrow. Burrow was legit a QB wizard his last year at LSU, Maye never touched his level of play.
Burrow also had a team that was leaps and bounds better than anything Maye had. People are losing their minds about the potential NFL duo of Chase and Jefferson as what would be the top receiver duo in the NFL and Burrow had both in college.
Stroud’s accuracy is excellent and better than Caleb but you are correct I think Caleb can still be a very good pocket QB so the rest is gravy. Maye however I don’t see it. Love the highlights but the layups that he misses scare me
1:01:12, shots officially unofficially fired at Simms lol I wanna see it. I wanna see the knock down, drag out Drake Maye evaluation cage match between Tice and Simms. I wanna see a lot of eye gouging and I wanna see steel chairs flying.
Help is coming at off-ball linebacker next year. 3 jump immediately to mind: Abdul Carter, Harold Perkins and Jihaad Campbell. All 3 complete athletic freaks. A couple of those guys may end up converting to edge just because of the freaky traits and how valuable pass rush is but all 3 are potential 1st off-ball linebackers too. Payton Wilson has all the traits and to be that 1st round guy this year but the injury history is pretty scary.
@@choosecarefully408 really good young player. Absolutely jumps off the tape. The Tennessee game and the Miss State game come immediately to mind. Young player. Not perfect. But super talented.
@@joeynickles7962I might check those out, but honestly, that kid must have gotten harassed multiple times throughout the years. Or at least looked at with undisguised surprised.
O Line Def strongest group in this Draft. By end of 42:29 3. O Line falls off a Clifffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffg Still can find value Walter Rouse LT Oklahoma. And G Trevon Keegan Michigan but they far and few Day 3. Love the Howard Kid tools for days great Day 3 prospect who could play next 10 years in league. Draft Guru Danny Savage
I had t'o stop the film. Nate how do you say 1- Daniels doesn't throw over the middle? What? Then you say Caleb and Drake throw over the middle a lot. Referencing it as a good thing. But Daniels and Penix targets outside, UMMMMMMMMMM Malik Nabors and Rome Odunze. HELLO... if they didn't target them, you would say, they can't get the ball to the top WR. That enire take is poo !!!
Marvin Harrison not working out is a huge red flag. These guys wanna down play it but it shows he has character flaws. I personally wouldn’t touch him within the first 14 picks.
Let me guess, your team has a pick in the 6-12 range & you're praying people listen to you so they can draft him, right? "He can't catch the ball for you because... of character flaws. Yeah, that sounds like a valid reason."

I could listen to this Draft with Dane Brugler all day long
need more Dane Draft Talk in my life. Miss him so much on Dallas Cowboys draft show!!!!

This was an absolutely excellent run down

Nate tripped me out when he said Penix reminds him of Byron Leftwitch and Polk reminds him of Robert Woods. SAME EXACT COMPS I HAVE FOR THEM 🤣
penix 4.4?!?!
As a brit tuning in, this idiot guide format is a blessing 😂Great video, love that the questions I have are being asked and answered!
Awesome show! You guys should consider doing this for money.

Good point. The o needs to help the Qb. Oregon did that
I really think that the Steelers love Odunze. I think they moved Diontae Johnson to make room for him alongside Pickens.
Only five more weeks... Can't come soon enough
Thank you
Your welcome.

Someone thought naming their kid Jihaad was a good idea especially _after_ 2001?

Jacksonville needs to trade up and get a WR1. Trevor Lawrence needs help
LOVE ITT!!!!!!!!
OL definitely the strength of this draft.
man, i just got here!
Honestly might spin it the best
Arizona trading down to sixth pick makes to much sense 4 QB 5 OT and six WR 🤨
Love this for my Hawks. Don't think we'll trade back honestly. Get a blue chipper at 16 for the Oline and then draft some depth in the 3rd and 4th.
Penix is the 3rd or 4th best qb
He looks like Kay n Perls QB

Chris Jones, highest paid DT in NFL...2nd round
Maye will be a. Bust
Good listen. The guy in the top right corner really needs to stop stepping on the other two mid sentence.
Penix in the 3rd round ? Come on, you can't be serious.

Nepo Nate gatekeeping footwork til Robert makes it turn into a productive is bad content
Like seriously. Stop talking about QBs so much. Just beating a dead horse.
