I think it’s interesting that this video didn’t mention that Steve lost both his sister and mother in the last couple of years. That kind of grief can be hard on anyone and their marriage. Now add 2 small children and an overworked wife with a hit TV show to the mix. That’s a lot for everyone to deal with. Maybe they need our prayers.
They tell their stories to own their stories. If the story comes from another source,that source will profit off the story FOREVER. People Magazine is the classic formula for somebody else owning the story and telling it repeatedly. Why? They get paid for it.
I keep wondering the same thing. Why can't people seek counseling or any individual therapies that are appropriate?? It's probably bad enough that people who know the both of them get involved in their problems and take sides. But bringing in millions of outsiders to give their two cents is totally unnecessary and probably will be more harm than help.

That was a good show I miss it and now she suppose to have a new show with some of the old crew but as of August 4th haven’t seen or heard anything about it yet hope it returns to hgtv!!!!
Karen is entertaining! I don’t agree with all of her decor but still enjoy her. Mina’s snarky tone towards her Mother on air shocked me and I wondered if she watched herself and hopefully thought she went too far. The door closed for especially when she was on Rock the Block in California. I lived there and understood the drought and her water guzzling shower…she wouldn’t listen and very argumentative. I stopped watching the show when she was carrying her daughter…and now the dirty laundry is being aired. Marriages are work. Perhaps Mina developed too much of an ego and Steve got stuck in her shadow.
I only watched this show because of the quirky people and I loved Karen. Mina is very controlling and it has to be her way. So I don't watch it any more.

I've for years considered Mina to be a tasteful, classier woman. Karen drove me bonkers. Her taste was kooky, crafty-looking, and she was goofy.
