My mum used to tell me that the posture is better when you contract your naval (which I ignored as a child), and I know realise how important it is.
I think I like to see you and a count down of time during the rest periods. A screen without a count down and without watching you prepare between sets gave me anxiety. Love the video just giving you feedback.

Yes! I use it during the day and it helps BIG time with posture and back pain. Holly is literally a life saver!
