Good job! KiHa 281 is such a cool looking train! Very nice whistle by the DF 200 loco! Is it a Mitsubishi made one? I wish JR Hokaido were in a better state...
Yeah, KiHa 281 has powerful diesel engines with great design. Before a series of train troubles in JR Hokkaido, the SUPER HOKUTO was the fastest limited express train of all JR local lines (the average speed including stoppage time reached 106.8km/h !). DF200 locomotives are made in Kawasaki Heavy Industries Rolling Stock Company.
What is it that the English-language station announcer says after the trains' arrival? (This is ?---? station). The Japanese-language announcer quite clearly says "Tōya desu", but I can't hear any "Tōya" in the English-language announcement!
2014年か…。もう特急車両も普通車両も変わってしまったから懐かしい。

The announcement says "This is Toya station". I think the English announcement is not clear as you say.
