हमारे घर में भी माँ ऐसे ही बनाती थी बस बैंगन के ऊपर थोड़ा कट लगाकर लहसन मिर्च उसके अंदर भरकर और बैंगन के ऊपर सरसो के तेल को ब्रश करके कंडे की आंच पर सीधे भूनकर छीलकर और बाकी आपकी विधि से ही बनाती थी वाकई बहुत जोरदार रेसिपी है बहरहाल अब माँ तो नहीं बनाती मेरी पत्नी और बच्चे बनाते वो भी अच्छा ही है लेकिन माँ के हाथों का कोई जवाब नहीं
