My husband was asking me about the deep dive videos again this week, though totally understand that they require the most planning & coordination--but we'll enjoy them if and when they return! (I keep getting ads for little nail caps for dogs to help them not slip on floors, but can't attest to how well they work!)
You are the one I found in Aug/Sept. 2021 when I just started diamond painting . I loved your soft voice an I just binged watched your videos, and learned so much. Thanks so much. all of our little doggies have been rescue, its so awesome to love and having their energy in the house. its sad when they leave this earth. unconditional love. we have one now who is pure joy. I honestly don’t have a clue when I started watching your videos. I watch so many UA-cam videos, it would be quite the task to go back through my history to find the answer to that question. I’m sure I don’t watch every single video, but I get to, what I can. I do appreciate the fact that you separated the diamond art from the cross stitch on videos. For whatever reason (I think it’s the keeping me company factor) I like listening to wip and chats. I just diamond paint away, usually, and listen to what is going on in various peoples lives.
I know how you feel when it comes to losing your pets. I have a cat who is now nearly 12 years old. He is in good health but I dread the day I have to say goodbye as he is my everything & all the family I have.
Thanks for talking to me while I was diamond painting. Loved hearing your story because I have heard bits and parts of it before. You don't have to apologize when Luna barks because we know that she's just being her. ❤😊❤

When it comes to having an older pet, I know how you feel. I have a nine-year-old cat with diabetes, and even though his last batch of bloodwork came back fine, it still worries me when I can feel bone through fur much easier than I used to. He doesn't play a ton anymore, though has his moments, is a healthy weight, usually eats pretty well, and takes his daily injections like a champ; still, I find myself growing more and more concerned with how much time he might have left. I try not to think about it too much, but when I allow myself to go there, it doesn't end well. None of us will be emotionally ready when a pet leaves us, I know I won't be! Even thinking about it has me choked up.
What a journey you’ve been on with your beautiful dog. Concerned about your eyesight as you’ve been mentioning trouble with vision for a while.
I really just enjoy listening to you talk about your life what you're interested in. It helps keep me company while I'm exercising and diamond painting. Actually you've motivated me to start exercising when you started talking about your health so keep up the good work for yourself. Self-care is extremely important have a wonderful day

I have followed you for what feels like all my Diamond Paintung life (Sept 2019). I love hearing how James and Luna are. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and they are my babies. My partner had a dog when we got together and after 3 years together and living together I wanted to add a fur baby (kitten) Dean didn't think Max would accept but he ended up deing the best with our first Amber. He would let us know where she was in the garden hiding when she was big enough to go out. They certainly hold my heart and even when ill it hurts.
I will have to go backwards now to watch some of your other new wip and chats.

I love to see WIP and chats and twitch streams. And maybe some stores you enjoy in Europe? Because all the content these days is US or UK based. But this is just my opinion. You do what you love most. That's what matters in the end! 💚
The only EU stores I have seen lately are Diamond Painting Deuschland, PichuMoon, and Oraloa. I'm trying, but I do not enjoy confetti, so I only have on from DPD!

I've always enjoyed listening to your WIP & Chats. I enjoy your voice, your laugh, and that you are polite and professional, but also stand up for your beliefs, even if they are not popular. I also share your taste in artwork, which is nice to see, but hard on my wallet!
I once heard that pets are in our lives to help teach us about death so that we will understand the process when we lose human family. I think they are also excellent company when we are mourning the loss of a loved one. I know that losing my mother a couple months ago would have been harder without having her dog sleeping at my feet while i diamond paint. She is 14, but still a happy girl.
Hi Rachel. So nice to hear your voice again. I hope you have a lot more time with beautiful Luna and I understand your fear of losing her. I had a Sheltie for 12 years and it broke my heart to lose him. That was many years ago and I still miss him. 💕🐾

Hi Rachel. Thanks for the video. You might already be aware of these, but when our little furbaby started slipping on the floorr we bought her no slip socks for dogs. The ones we got had velcro that went around the ankles so they stayed on really well. She didnt like them at first but she got use to them really fast. It put my anxiety at ease. I was always worried that she would hurt her knees or hips sliding around all the time. Give Luna cuddles for me. Hope your having a wonderful week.
Luna has a wonderful mother, there is no doubt!💕 What county in Ireland do you reside in? Small story: Many years ago, I called AOL Customer Support. Somehow I was in touch with some technicians from Ireland. I was very surprised to say the least. In addition to being helped with my technical issues, we had a wonderful conversation about the counties in Ireland. I told them I really would like to visit County Kerry. It was my great luck to have connected with them. At some point, I would love to see your cross-stitch projects.

I do think that you are amazing at diamond painting. Maybe you could do some new tutorials featuring new stuff that may have shown up since the last ones you did. There is always new people that join the hobby. A new 101 could be helpful. 😊 Besides that I do thing that your personality alone supports this channel. There is a point which I think you reached where people who already know you besides enjoying you doing the craft also enjoy your company.
Sorry for all of your sadness. You are going through quite a grieving process. Hopefully, diamond painting can make you feel happy once again.

Hi Rachel. Thanks for the nice video and keeping me company on my Vase Avec Marguerites at Coquelicot by Van Gogh DAC. You didn’t mention it but I’m curious - are you still seeing your trainer? And if so, how’s it going? I’m starting to think to myself that that might be what I have to do for myself because myself can’t seem to get it all together to make any good changes. I am seeing my nutritionist again after 3 years of not seeing her, but it still comes down to me making good choices for my body. I’d like to see videos of Ireland, where you live, and if you do on outings around where you live. ❤ from Oregon where it’s gonna be 60 on Sunday and raining. It’ll eventually be summer and I’ll probably complain about the heat. lol. ❤

in April my Bella was only 7 died~she was a mixed dashound ~in October my Chloe died my cat she was also 18 ~been very hard
i still have Bella's brother Mickey and my little Honey she is along hair chihuahua they are my heart
