I really like these teams you've been picking and how you play as them! This is a real name team called Leaf Jonin in past Storm games you could use it in Generations but could only use Kurani as a support and their was no leader switching. Jonin Neji and Asuma were also part of that mix of 3 man teams you could pick from. I like how you are using Might Guy since every other person ever who played Connections used Ashura exploding Rasengan support andHagaromo Lightning bolt jutsu or meta jutsu. Good for you! Real skill wins in the end and you will get more out of it and feel better when you win instead of having hollow victories.
